3. Return & Refund Policy for Ingestible Products

Due to strict health, safety, and sanitary compliance regulations surrounding ingestible goods, our refund and exchange policy for Beau Wellness products is separated from our cosmetic lines as follows:

Unopened / Factory Sealed (30-Day Return Window): Products must be completely unused, with the original outer safety shrink-wrap, tamper-evident neck bands, or inner seals fully intact. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Opened / Unsealed / Used (Strictly Non-Returnable): To maintain public health safety and prevent contamination risks, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for any supplement bottle or container that has been opened, unsealed, or partially consumed.

Damaged or Defective Goods (48-Hour Reporting Window): If a product arrives with a broken safety seal, leaking packaging, or cracked bottle, you must contact support within 48 hours of delivery with photographic proof. Damaged items will be replaced immediately at no extra cost.

If you experience any unexpected adverse side effects or physical reactions while taking a Beau Wellness product, please discontinue use immediately and consult your medical provider. We track and log all consumer feedback, including corresponding batch and lot numbers, to maintain strict quality control and fulfill regulatory reporting obligations.

5. Shipping, Climate Control, and Storage
