Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unused
Unopened
In the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging

Non-Returnable Items

Any product that has been used or altered after delivery

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error or because the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except when a return is the result of our error or a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. In those cases, Beau House Collective™ will cover the cost of return shipping.
