Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unopened
In the same condition that you received it
In its original packaging

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned, including:

Any product that has been used or altered after delivery

Damages and Issues

Refunds

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying for their own return shipping labels and arranging the return shipment. Original shipping cost are non-refundable. However, if the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping cost.
